The finals of the State Singles were played on the well prepared Numurkah Bowls Club greens. Both the men’s and women’s matches were closely fought games.
In the women’s final Cobram’s Jenny Warfe was the victor over Numurkah’s Pam Smith 25/21.
After 34 ends Tocumwal’s Rod Brown made it past Barooga’s Ian Smethurst 25/22.
