Men’s State Pairs Decided

The final of the Men’s State Pairs, which was played at Numurkah Town, was a tight contest between the Wunghnu Pair of Barry Cosgrove & John McKenzie, and Mark Jones and Keith Holland from Numurkah Golf. The final result being a win to Barry and John 15/13.

In the semi-finals Barry and John had defeated Gary Murnane and Jim Townsing from Tocumwal Golf, while Mark and Keith had won a close match against John Dixon of Cobram and Greg Westmore of Tocumwal Golf.
