The finals of the Murray Playing Area 60 & Over Singles were played today at Numurkah Golf & Bowls Club, where good bowling was enjoyed by all. It was good to see the greens open again after all the recent rain.
In the Women’s final Lidija Patching of Numurkah Golf & Bowls was too strong for Finley’s Nan Smith.
The Men’s final saw Barry Cosgrove of Wunghnu being victorious over Ian Smethurst of Barooga Sports.
