Three new Hall of Fame inductees

Murray Bowls Division held their Presentation Day at the Barooga Sports Club, where  individual and team successes were celebrated by the presentation of perpetual shields. Guest Speaker was John Emerson, the Senior Regional Bowls Manager for North East Victoria.

Three new members were inducted into the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame award recognises the achievements of bowlers who have made a significant contribution to the promotion of the sport within the Murray Bowls Division and/or those Bowls Associations prior to the formation of the Division.

This year saw the induction of Marie Koschel of the Finley Bowls Club, Allan Clark of Numurkah Bowls Club and Alan Whiteside of Tocumwal Golf Club. They have all been champion bowlers and made significant contributions to the administration and day to day running of their clubs and the division.
